It's a brand new lamp shade!

So....my daughter had had this lamp from Pottery Barn for years and for years I have hated it.  The base is perfect, but the shade couldn't have been more plain.  Since she got new bedding for Christmas I have wanted to do something with that lamp shade, but the question was what exactly?

Armed with new cardstock and my Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge, I went to work!

It turned out great and I had it done last night...just in time for my daughters 10th birthday today!  I know...a Valentine's baby and she is every bit my little "Love Bug" who so deserved a pretty lamp in her room :)

She saw it this morning downstairs, but it's all set in her room now when she gets home from school.
